Water Gypsy

grebe

Pirate-eyed,

Dragon-ruffed,

Lion-maned,

Pharaoh-masked:

I am water Gypsy –

Diver of the

Deep Truth Lakes.

You are welcome to walk

The margins of the seasons,

The borders between our souls.

But, if you think

To cross the divide

There will be fierce questions.

    Happy Easter in advance.

I love the description here, beeseeker. Started to dive deep and found such wonder at face value I stayed in the shallows. Wonderful read. Thank you.

  6. Wow, now this is a really cool bird. What’s especially amazing about this capture is that you got onto the water level for the perspective. Not many people know to do that. A beautiful poem to match it as well.
