Time begins in space
(Or is it the opposite way round?)
Begins at this fragile
First web-line, this
Green meridian.
Then smooth-machine glides away
Outwards on clockwork wings of candle hornets;
Bisecting the world:
Those ahead;
Those behind.
And though, hey, it’s easy enough
To alter our relative positions
The beginning,
The line and
The passing are always present.

I remember being fascinated with this concept of time when i was a teenager. And Greenwich is such a beautiful place too..
Yes indeed; that time/space/human relationship/perception is terrifying, profound and thrilling – at the same time eh?
Absolutely! Definitely!
Very cool!
Thank you.
But the beginning
And the passing
Are always present.
heh, oh how right you are,

Appreciate that comment. I struggled with myself.
A half of me thought finish on the line
“Those left behind”
The other half won.
Thanks.

I love your use of line breaks.
